DUI Charge in Robbinsville New Jersey
Robbinsville is one of the top Mercer County municipalities for DUI charges. It is not uncommon for the police to stop and arrest as many as 150 motorists for DUI on U.S. Route 130 and local roadways like Sharon Road. This is a significant number of N.J.S.A. 39:4-50 when you consider that town once known as “Washington Township” is one of the least populated with 13,642 residents. Whether you have been charged with a first offense in Robbinsville or are a repeat offender, you need to mount an effective defense or face serious mandatory penalties. Selection of the right attorney to represent you is therefore extremely important.
The attorneys at The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall are well equipped to defend your Robbinsville DWI. Our DUI defense team is the largest in the state, includes several former prosecutors, and has 100 years of combined experience. Colin Bonus, William Proetta & Jonathan Marshall are also among a limited group of lawyers in the state, certainly less than ten, that are dual certified on the Alcotest and as instructors in Field Sobriety Testing. This training often proves invaluable since these two disciplines are the primary tools used by police to prove intoxication.
