DWI Offense in Hoboken Municipal Court
Your DWI offense will be handled in Hoboken Municipal Court located at 100 Newark Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030. The municipal court can be reached between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 201-420-2120. The judge that will decide your case is either Honorable Michael A. Mongiello (Chief Judge) or Honorable Cataldo F. Fazio. There are no jury trials and all issues of fact and law are decided by the judge assigned to your case. The court meets at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
