Matthew Dorry serves as second in command of the DWI Department at the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, where he focuses his practice exclusively on defending individuals charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DUI, and serious municipal court offenses throughout New Jersey.
Mr. Dorry earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2003 and has devoted the majority of his legal career to DWI and municipal court litigation. Before joining the firm in 2016, he served as a municipal prosecutor in numerous New Jersey towns, including Wall, Toms River, Holmdel, Stafford, Jackson, Manchester, Howell, Brick, Point Pleasant, Lacey, Barnegat, and Manahawkin.

He understands the strategies prosecutors use — and how to identify weaknesses in breath testing evidence, field sobriety testing, probable cause determinations, and police procedure.
