Jonathan F. Marshall is the Managing Partner and founder of The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, a leading New Jersey criminal and DWI defense firm with offices serving Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, Ocean, Hudson, and Morris Counties.
For more than two decades, Mr. Marshall has represented individuals charged with serious offenses throughout New Jersey, including DWI, drug crimes, assault, theft, domestic violence, and other criminal matters in both Superior Court and Municipal Court. His career includes substantial prosecutorial experience prior to transitioning exclusively to criminal and DWI defense when state law required prosecutors to choose between public service and private defense representation.
That background provides Mr. Marshall with a comprehensive understanding of how cases are investigated, charged, negotiated, and tried. As Managing Partner, he oversees the firm’s criminal and DWI defense strategy, ensuring that every case is approached with rigorous preparation, strategic analysis, and a deep understanding of New Jersey law.
